Team or Group Pricing

The needs of each team come in all shapes and sizes. While there is pricing attached to everything I can create and offer, some teams are large enough that it doesn't cost the coaches anything to work with me because there are enough parents ordering individuals to offset the time and expense involved in creating a dynamic team photo. See all pricing and how to earn freebies below. The product pricing for parents to order prints and digitals is similar to Life Touch.

PRICING

Dynamic Team Photo Creation

Individuals are taken to create the whole team photo so kids do not have to all be present at the same time. This just covers the creation of the image. It does not include any banners or prints coaches may want.

  • FREE for Teams of 25 or more
  • FREE if all parents on the team upgrade to a Sports Mini Session
  • $195 for Teams of 13-24
  • $295 for Teams of 12 or less
  • $60- 4' Team Banner
  • $50- Additional Team Photos- This pricing above is for one whole team photo or you can break it into the smaller teams (varsity and JV), etc. If you want a whole team AND the separate teams, this fee comes into play.

Individuals


  • FREE- No upfront cost for a singular pose used for the individual and for the team photo. Parents only pay for prints and digitals afterwards. Pricing is comparable to Life Touch.


  • $50 Senior Banner- 3' long banner. If a different size is needed, request a quote.

  • $200- Sports Mini Session Upgrade (Discounted from the normal rate of $250) Available for parents to upgrade to. These take place in studio on select dates and include 5 digital images.

Location


  • FREE- Setup can be brought to the school for teams of 25 or more.


  • FREE- If your team travels to my Covington based Studio on select dates.


  • $150- For teams of 13-24 who want me to bring my setup to their school (within a 20 mi radius of Covington)


  • $250- For teams of 12 or less who want me to bring my setup to their school (within a 20 mi radius of Covington)


TBD to travel outside of 20 mi radius.


Coach EXTRAS

Coaches Social Media Pack


$295- Individual PNG transparent cut out of each player used for the team photo can be shared for your own social media creations. Files are not to be shared beyond the coach. Canva is a great place to create spotlights or shoutouts to star players after a game. This is a task that can be handed off to an assistant, team mom, or team captain.

Starting Players Hype Session


$695- Sitting Fee + 15 Digital images of different grouping using the starting players to use for your social media throughout the season. Best to keep this to a smaller group of about 10 or so. More images can be added.

Fundraising Opportunity


$75 Creation Fee- Team Schedule with Team Photo in addition to spots along the border for business logos to be added. You can sell the spots to businesses for however much you want to fundraise. Creation Fee FREE if 75 or more posters are purchased.


$15 per 11x17 poster- You can also resell to parents for however much you want. I suggest no less than $25. You could get players in on it too by offering a contest to sell to family members or other businesses in the community.

Coaches 8x10 Metal Team Print


$35- Free standing and makes a great gift for assistant coaches, team moms, or other helpers in the season.

SPONSORSHIP TRADE OPPORTUNITY

Earn the Coaches Social Media Pack and the Starting Players Hype Session ($990 value) for FREE in trade for a sponsorship spot. Jennifer Lynn Pictures gets promoted at games and anywhere else sponsors get promoted. This may look different for each organization but could include the following to be determined. A Jennifer Lynn Pictures banner hanging among other sponsors, business announced as a sponsor at each game, etc. The main part of my business is senior pictures so team sports helps bring awareness to this side of my business and all exposure is extremely valued.

Coach Expectations

I want to work with coaches who view this as a unique opportunity for their team. An opportunity to spoil their athletes because they work hard to bring home wins. An opportunity to create killer content for your social media to get more community engagement and support. Coaches can certainly stick with the contracted company the school has hand picked and likely have less to do or they can find a point person that can help me get this new and improved option off the ground. I rely a bit on coaches because the sales from each team are what allow me to offer the cheapest rates possible to coaches. But like any business, I need to ensure my investment in expenses towards each team and time remains profitable. Coaches or a point person can be inspirational to improving sales by being a bit more engaged. I will rely on the point person to hand out one flyer prior to the shoot and 3 messages pushed out using whatever the best communication platform is for your team during the whole process. You will simply just need to copy and paste a message from me. That simple. I try to keep coaches out of it as much as possible because I understand they are juggling a lot. A point person could be an assistant coach or team mom.
